Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 21 days of delivery

Please contact me for authorization for your return, please do not simply send the item back. We would recommend to ship your parcel with a carrier that offers tracking and insurance when returning your order. If your package is lost or damaged during  return shipping, we will be unable to process your return. 

I accept cancellations.

Contact me ASAP. It will be honoured as long as I have not started processing the order. Once order processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled as everything is made-to-order.

I don’t accept exchanges.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
  • Digital files

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please be careful to pack the item so as to avoid any damage.

Dispatch times

Orders are ready to dispatch in 3–5 business days for regular items. Items with customizations or longer production time will be stated on their individual product page. 

Delivery policies

I ship from Ontario – Canada.

✦ Any international orders will have tracked shipping & insurance.
✦ Import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your shipping cost. These are calculated by customes as your shipment enters its destination country and are completely beyond our control. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be, prior to purchasing.
✦ Delivery from Canada typically takes about 4-7 to any destination in the US and a minimum of 10 days to international destinations. IMPORTANT: DUE TO COVID WE CANNOT PROMISE ANY DELIVERY DATES. Thank you for understanding. 
Once items are shipped, I have no further control on their delivery.

The shipments will be delivered to you by your local postal service.
I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipments that were not delivered or delayed by your local customs and/or pandemic.

Reporting damage

On rare occasions, a package can be damaged on its way to you. Please open and inspect your parcel as soon as you receive it. In the case of damage, please notify me and the carrier immediately so we may initiate a claim. We will work with you and the carrier to correct the situation and make sure you receive replacements or a refund for the damaged items.
